The average cost of midgrade gas in cities within Lebanon County was $3.76 per gallon.

The U.S. government missed the mark when forecasting gas prices for 2022. A short-term outlook published early in 2022 claimed gas rates would fall, when in fact gas rates rose significantly.

The outlook once again suggested that prices would fall in 2023.
