Congressman Dan Meuser, representing Pennsylvania’s 9th district since 2019, has been active on social media, sharing his legislative actions and personal interests. Meuser, born in Babylon, New York in 1964 and currently residing in Dallas, has a background from the State University of New York Maritime College Cornell University.

On February 8, 2025, Congressman Meuser addressed the opioid crisis impacting Pennsylvania. He stated: “Fentanyl is devastating communities across Pennsylvania, claiming a life every two hours. This week, I voted for the HALT Fentanyl Act, which permanently classifies fentanyl-related substances as Schedule I drugs—ensuring law enforcement has the tools to go after traffickers.”

The following day, on February 9, 2025, Meuser expressed his support for the Philadelphia Eagles ahead of their Super Bowl appearance. He tweeted: “Let’s bring the Lombardi Trophy home to PA, GO BIRDS! #FlyEaglesFly”

After the Eagles’ victory in Super Bowl LIX on February 10, 2025, Meuser congratulated the team with enthusiasm. He posted: “Congratulations to the Philadelphia @Eagles on winning Super Bowl LIX! Go Birds! #FlyEaglesFly”
