U.S. Rep. Dan Meuser, R-Dallas, participated this week in facility tours and a roundtable with state legislators and industry leaders to discuss Pennsylvania’s role in domestic production of critical minerals such as lithium and rare earth elements.
The event aimed to explore how the state could strengthen its position as a leader in sourcing and processing these minerals, which are important for manufacturing and national security.
Meuser joined other officials in examining current efforts and potential policies that could help Pennsylvania advance in this sector.
