His posts highlight an upcoming dedication ceremony, important voting information, and a student-led agricultural project.
On May 18, Senator Gebhard announced that “The William D. Lebo Memorial Foundation and Congressman Dan Meuser will host a dedication ceremony for the Lt. William D. Lebo Post Office this Thursday May 22nd at 3:30pm.” This event marks a significant occasion to honor Lt. William D. Lebo.
In another post dated May 19, he reminded constituents of the approaching election day by stating that “Election Day is Tuesday, May 20, and polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. If you are in line by 8 p.m., you will be able to vote.” He also provided resources for tracking mail-in or absentee ballots.
Later on May 19, Senator Gebhard expressed support for an educational initiative by FFA students from ELCO School District who presented their idea to local business owners about constructing a barn at their school. He conveyed his encouragement by saying “Last week, FFA students from ELCO School District pitched an idea to local business owners of raising a barn at the school to provide access to hands-on agricultural education for all students.”
