On June 9, 2025, Senator Gebhard congratulated the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail for celebrating the opening of the John E. Wengert Memorial Park and the Chestnut Street portion of the trail. He noted that “the new playground is located along Chestnut Street between S. 12th and 22nd streets.”
Later that day, Senator Gebhard acknowledged Bachman’s Roofing for their recent expansion. The company celebrated the grand opening of a new office in Wyomissing at 935 Berkshire Blvd. Senator Gebhard mentioned that “since 1972, they have grown from a small family business to a nationally recognized company.”
On June 10, 2025, Senator Gebhard announced that “the Senate Banking & Insurance committee unanimously approved Senate Bill 88.” This bill aims to expand Pennsylvania’s existing law to provide no-cost screenings for individuals at high risk of breast cancer.
