Graduates earn 33 degrees, certificates from Evangelical Theological Seminary

About 69.7 percent of the 33 degrees and certificates handed out by Evangelical Theological Seminary in 2017-18 were to students in theology and religious vocations programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Myerstown conferred 17 master's degrees and 6 certificates in theology and religious vocations programs.

But the single most popular program was for a master's degree in divinity/ministry. Data shows the school gave out 12 master's degrees in divinity/ministry, followed by 6 certificates in "other" theological and ministerial studies and 6 master's degrees in marriage and family therapy/counseling.

The seminary enrolled 151 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in 151 programs.
