Northern Lebanon Middle School recently issued the following announcement.
Welcome 6th Graders and New Students! The Middle School staff is very excited to have you join our Northern Lebanon Middle School community! The 6th grade and new student orientation will take place on Monday, August 23rd and Tuesday, August 24th . The orientation schedule is below for each elementary school. New students may come to any of the sessions, and parents of all students are welcome to stay. Parents who do not plan to stay should drop students off at the Secondary Office (formerly the Middle School entrance) in the back of the building.
Monday, August 23rd
Fredericksburg Elementary – 8:15AM - 9:30AM
Jonestown Elementary (Last names starting with A-K) – 10:00AM – 11:15AM
Jonestown Elementary (Last names starting with L-Z) – 11:45AM – 1:00PM
Tuesday, August 24th
East Hanover Elementary – 8:15AM – 9:30AM
Lickdale Elementary – 10:00AM – 11:15AM
After students check in, they will receive their schedule and move into the gymnasium. There will be a short presentation on reading and understanding schedules and other pertinent information. Maps will be provided, and students will have the remainder of the time to walk through their schedule, tour the building, and set up their locker. Students may bring along locker shelves, magnets, or other items they would like to have ready in their locker for the first day of school.
Please remember no nonremoveable stickers, tape, or permanent marker use. We ask that parents who do not stay pick up students promptly at 9:30AM, 11:15AM, or 1:00PM at the Secondary Office entrance. We are eager to meet you and help get your sixth-grade year off to a great start! We hope to answer all your questions and familiarize you with your schedule and layout of the building.
