West Perry Middle School recently issued the following announcement.
Miles of Smiles is back! If you have encountered a barrier such as lack of transportation getting routine dental care for your child, the Miles of Smiles program can help. They accept ALL insurances and work with the under/uninsured to provide care on an affordable sliding fee scale. Your child can see a dental hygienist and dentist for routine exams twice a year right here at school.
If you are interested, please complete this survey as soon as possible so dental care can be coordinated for your child. If you have multiple children you only need to complete one survey. You may change your mind at any time. Clinics start the week of September 6th, so don’t delay. Nothing is better than seeing a kid smile!
