Borough of Richland recently issued the following announcement.

Trick Or Treat

October 28 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Trick or Treat will be held October 28, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, if the event of inclement weather the designated rain date will follow what is set by Lebanon County.
