The vast majority of businesses in our community are family owned and this presentation focuses on the challenges now facing these families/businesses. Join Tad Renner, Senior Managing Director for The High Center at Elizabethtown College, for a presentation on how to plan for the succession of these types of businesses.
About the Presenter
Tad Renner is a graduate of Washington & Lee University. He has worked in small company's as a marketing director, a small college's fundraiser and a retail stockbroker. He and his wife bought Lancaster based Laser Plus in 1997 expanding it from a toner cartridge maker to a print management firm before selling it in 2016. He joined The High Center in 2017 as Managing Director.
