Borough of Palmyra issued the following announcement on Mar. 15.
The Borough has a stockpile of mulch available to residents at no cost. The stockpile is located in the 900 block of East Cherry Street (behind the Members 1st Credit Union). Residents are welcome to load and go.
Residents only please, no businesses.
