4.6% of citizens unemployed in Lebanon County in 2021

Lebanon County recorded an unemployment rate of 4.6% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 3,341 people out of the 142,486 living in Lebanon County at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The unemployment rate in Lebanon County has decreased compared to the 4.9% registered in 2020.

The percentage of people unemployed in Lebanon County was less than the statewide unemployment rate of 5.5%.

Of the 68,653 people who had a job during that time, 364 were employed in the Armed Forces and 68,289 belonged to the civilian labor force.
