Congressman Dan Meuser, representing Pennsylvania's 9th district since 2019, shared his thoughts on various topics through a series of tweets. Born in Babylon, New York, in 1964, Meuser has been serving in Congress after replacing Lou Barletta. He currently resides in Dallas and graduated from the State University of New York Maritime College Cornell University with a BA in 1988.

On March 5, 2025, Congressman Meuser marked Ash Wednesday by referencing a biblical passage. "For dust you are, and to dust you shall return." – Genesis 3:19. He extended wishes for a blessed Lenten season to those who celebrate it, describing it as "a time to pause, pray, and reflect on your walk with God and His endless mercy and grace."

"The @federalreserve needs a Vice Chair for Supervision to address pending regulations—our banking system depends on it." He emphasized the importance of resolving regulatory questions like Basel III for financial institutions to have clarity and balance in oversight.
