North Lebanon recently issued the following announcement.
NOTICE – INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR PAVING IN PLACE AND FUEL
The North Lebanon Township Board of Supervisors will receive separate sealed bids for paving in place and fuel at the Township Office, 725 Kimmerlings Road, Lebanon, PA 17046, until March 16, 2022 10:00 AM prevailing time, at which time they will be opened. Bids will be awarded or rejected within 45 days of the receipt of the bids.
Forms of proposal specifications and bidding documents upon which all bids must be submitted can be obtained below.
No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond (in the required form) in the amount of or equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid, including consideration of alternates. The bid security shall be made payable to North Lebanon Township. Security for bids will be returned on award of the contract or rejection of bids.
All items are to be bid individually, with no delivery of any items or material until requested by the Township. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
