Employer Services through PA CareerLink

Join us for one or both hours:

8:30-9:30 am: PA CareerLink explains their Re-Entry program and why it may be a good fit for your workforce needs.

The SCPa Re-Entry Initiative is a diversion and re-entry program that provides career development, workforce training, mentorship, and community resources for individuals to support them in achieving a livable wage in South Central PA. They work to support any individual who has had contact with the criminal justice system and help them achieve their short and long-term goals.

For individuals entering the workforce, they will provide:

Training opportunities through a scholarship or on-the-job training with a local employer.
Work one-on-one with a Career Advisor to learn about education, training, & development.
Develop your resume, interviewing skills, and learn about in-demand jobs.
Explore your interests and skills and learn how to apply them to jobs you're interested in.
A Business Service team that will connect you with hiring employers in your area.
Work one-on-one with a mentor that can connect you with transportation, document obtainment, work clothing,and more.

You can be that employer!

9:30-10:30: Learn about other PA CareerLink programs that provide a variety of employer resources like - new employee training reimbursement, apprenticeship programs, and more.

There will be time for Q&A after each session.

There is no cost to attend and this program is open to all regional businesses.
