He stated that after enduring "four years of excessive inflation, soaring energy prices, a death and destruction from an open border, and uncertainty for small businesses," "President Trump’s America-First plan offers a clear path forward." During a hearing with the Financial Committee, he noted that "community banks have been weighed down by excessive regulations" over the past four years. He emphasized the need to alleviate these pressures to better serve customers.
