On February 12, 2025, Congressman Meuser announced the reintroduction of the USA Batteries Act. He stated, "Today, I reintroduced the USA Batteries Act to repeal the Superfund tax on lead batteries, which will support jobs, strengthen American industry, and keep manufacturing here at home."

Later that day, he shared his experience sampling local beers with fellow members of the Pennsylvania delegation. Meuser noted his interaction with local brewers from Jackass Brewing Company in Williamsport: "Last night, I sampled some of Pennsylvania’s finest beers alongside skilled local brewers and fellow members of the Pennsylvania delegation.
